While this effect might superficially seem like a displacement CC, which prevents enemies from taking action, it is not; enemies that are being dragged can attack and cast normally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Popping Shields Like Bubbles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important to remember that Shattering Strike (Q) breaks shields on all targets hit by the ability. Even extremely large shields, such as those from Gargoyle Stoneplate or Shen\u2019s Stand United (R) are instantly shattered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Forever Crowd Controlled<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rell has one of the longest and biggest CC chains in the game.
